- Wheat flour1 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon

- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Oil4 cup
- Breadcrumbs150 g
- Add the milk in a pan along with the salt, margarine, wheat flour and egg yolk.
- Bring to a boil and stir with a spoon until the dough releases from the pan, then let it cool.
- Take the dough and shape into a ball and fill with the mozzarella cheese, then pass the balls in the egg yolk and then in the breadcrumbs.
- In a pan add the oil, let it heat up before putting the balls, then fry them.
