  • Mozzarella Cheese200 g
  • Emmental Cheese100 g
  • Parmesan Cheese100 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Corn Starch2 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Bread Flour1 cup
  1. Using a grater, grate all the cheeses.
  2. Place the grated cheeses in a bowl and add the cornstarch, 1 egg, oregano and pepper.
  3. Knead until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
  4. With a spoon, make balls of approximately 25 g. Enroll and book.
  5. After rolling all the balls, coat them in the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, in that order.
  6. Take it to the freezer for 30 minutes before frying. To fry, add a small amount and make sure the oil is hot.
  7. OBS: you can replace the cheeses, but need to exchange for cheeses that melt well. Keep the same proportion of measurements.
