- Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Emmental Cheese100 g
- Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Corn Starch2 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Bread Flour1 cup
- Using a grater, grate all the cheeses.
- Place the grated cheeses in a bowl and add the cornstarch, 1 egg, oregano and pepper.
- Knead until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
- With a spoon, make balls of approximately 25 g. Enroll and book.
- After rolling all the balls, coat them in the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, in that order.
- Take it to the freezer for 30 minutes before frying. To fry, add a small amount and make sure the oil is hot.
- OBS: you can replace the cheeses, but need to exchange for cheeses that melt well. Keep the same proportion of measurements.
