- Mozzarella300 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- In a bowl place the cheese, the egg, the starch, the salt and the oregano.
- Knead everything very well until all the ingredients come together to form a uniform ball of dough.
- Form balls the size of a brigadier
- Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to set the cheese.
- Fry in not too hot oil and it's ready to serve.
