- Ham or any filling of your choice300 g
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin or make it and cut it into squares, with each unit you can make two of these smaller pastries
- Then put the stuffing of your choice and fold the dough in half and press the edges with a fork.
- Fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes or until evenly browned.
