I started by dissolving the yeast well in warm water, added the other ingredients, kneaded the dough for 10 minutes, covered it with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
I rolled out the dough with a rolling pin, spread the slices of cheese and ham, sprinkle some oregano on top, rolled the dough and cut it into rolls two fingers thick. I put them all in a greased and floured mold, brushed with the egg yolk, oregano to taste on top, took it to the oven for 40 minutes.
