  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Cold pilsen beer1/2 cup
  • Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
  • Panko flour1/2 cup
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder1/2 teaspoon
  • Nutritional yeast1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, first make the semi-liquid mixture with the beer, the oil and the wheat flour until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  3. In another bowl, make the dry mixture by mixing the breadcrumbs, panko, seasonings and salt well.
  4. Dip the cauliflower florets into the slurry and then into the dry mixture.
  5. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
