- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Remove the catupiry from the packaging and place it in the place you are going to serve. If it doesn't come out in one piece, fix it with a spoon.
- Cut the garlic into thin slices. In a small skillet, place the oil, garlic and paprika and stir well. Cook over low heat until the garlic is golden. Tip: remove a little before because the hot oil continues to fry the garlic with the fire off.
- Put it still hot on top of the catupiry and serve with breadsticks and potatoes!
