Primeiro passo, vamos misturar todos os ingredientes, depois de misturado tudo vamos para o próximo passo. Vamos usar o mesmo processo que usamos para fazer pão. 
Em um lugar liso pode ser sua mesa desde que esteja bem limpinho, jogue um pouco de farinha , coloque a massa em cima e sove até ficar lisa.

Próximo passo com auxilio de um rolo, abra toda a massa até ficar bem fina feito isso e só cortar toda a massa em pedaços do tamanho de um dedo mais ou menos pode ser em  formato de quadrado ou retângulo, faça um cortezinho no meio e vire uma das pontas por esse buraco do meio. Faça esse processo em todos os quadradinhos/retangulo que você cortou.... Coloque o óleo no fogo assim que o óleo aquecer coloque  as orelhas de gato para fritar aos poucos e em fogo baixo. Depois de frito deixe escorrer no papel toalha em seguida passe todas as orelhas de gato no açúcar e sirva-se....
