- grated coconut2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Coconut milk600 ml
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Salt a pinch1 coffee spoon
- unsalted butter200 g
- Grate the cassava.
- In a bowl of your choice, mix the grated cassava and all the ingredients.
- Grease a mold as usual and pour all the mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
