  • Bacon500 g
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  1. Peel the cassava and cook it in salted water for 20 minutes.
  2. Afterwards, drain the cassava and let it cool
  3. Cut the cassava and wrap it with slices of bacon
  4. Fry the medallion in hot oil
