  • boiled and mashed cassava1/5 kg
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Parsley1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream150 ml
  • Salt to taste
  1. Add all the ingredients to the cassava and knead until the ingredients are fully combined with the dough and set aside.
  2. Cook the ground beef with salt, 2 cloves of garlic and a teaspoon of black pepper.
  3. In a frying pan, place the margarine, garlic, onion, black pepper and sauté the meat, turn off the oven and add the cream.
  4. After everything is done, fill the dough with the meat, in the shape of a kibbeh, after modeling, fry them in abundant oil until golden brown.
  5. Serve it hot
