  • Breadcrumbs4 cup
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Iced milk6 cup

  1. Cook the ribs under pressure for 1 hour. Only in the water. Shred the meat. The gaucho rib has less fat and more massive meat. It's perfect for this preparation!
  2. Cook the cassava in the rib broth for 20 minutes. In the meantime, let's get to the meat seasoning.
  3. In a pan with a drizzle of oil, fry the onion and garlic well chopped. One at a time. Then put the pepper fry for 1 minute and add the already shredded meat. Shake well. Put the chopped tomatoes without seeds. Add the green smell, salt and black pepper. Adjust dry seasonings if needed. Reserve.
  4. Mash the cassava. Place 4 cups of milk and butter in a pan, wait for it to dissolve and add the manioc. Stir constantly until it comes to a boil. Add salt to taste and wheat flour. Stir until it detaches from the bottom of the pan. This process takes approximately 4 minutes. Wait for it to cool down.
  5. With a tablespoon, take full portions of the dough, make balls. Pierce in the middle and place the meat stuffing. Close and round the dough until it is well closed and round. Repeat this process with all the dough.
  6. Remove the rest of the milk from the fridge and place in a deep bowl. In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs with salt to taste and the saffron. The saffron will give that beautiful color and flavor to the cone of your cupcake. Dip the cookie in the cold milk and then in the breadcrumbs. Cold milk has the function of better holding the breadcrumbs in the cassava dough. And it makes it crunchy. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes. Heat the oil well and fry the dumplings until golden. This wonderful and very Brazilian snack is ready for you to taste while watching the games! Good crowd. Enjoy your food!
