  • Cheese of your choice200 g
  • Eggs02 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs02 cup
  1. Cook the cassava in salted water in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and mash all the cassava with a fork.
  3. Mix the butter in the still hot cassava, let it cool a little and knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
  4. Take a portion of the dough, place cubes of the cheese of your choice and shape the dumplings.
  5. After all the cookies are ready, pass the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in hot oil.
