  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate bar200 g
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Granulated Chocolate80 g
  1. Pasta: Add the carrots, eggs and oil in a blender and mix, beating everything together. Add the sugar and beat again for another 5 minutes. In the mixer or in a bowl, add the wheat flour and beat again. After beating, add the yeast with a spoon and mix slowly. In an already greased shape, take the dough to the oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
  2. Ganache: Melt the chocolate and mix with the cream until just set.
  3. Unmold the cake, pour the ganache all over the cake and add the sprinkles on top. It's now ready to serve.
