Em um liquidificador bata a cenoura,o açúcar,os ovos e o óleo,bata por 5 minutos.

In a blender, beat the carrots, sugar, eggs and oil, beat for 5 minutes.

Numa vasilha adicione a farinha de trigo e a mistura batida e misture bem,adicione o fermento.

In a bowl add the wheat flour and the beaten mixture and mix well, add the yeast.

Coloque numa forma untada e enfarinhada,e leve pra assar por 45 minutos aproximadamente. 

Place in a greased and infarinhada shape, and take it to bake for approximately 45 minutes.

Para a calda adicione numa panela o leite condensado e o toddy misture até engrossar.

For the syrup, add the condensed milk and the toddy mix in a pan until it thickens.

Depois de assado espere esfriar,desenforme e jogue a cobertura. 

After roasting, wait for it to cool, unmold and throw the topping.
