  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • 50% Chocolate Powder or Chocolate Bar2 tablespoon
  1. In the blender place the eggs, oil, pinch of salt and carrots. Beat well until all the carrots are crushed, pour into a bowl and add the wheat (I usually add the wheat until it drops from the spoon or the fuê in blocks, that's why I said 3 cups, if you need a little more, add it or If the dough is too hard, add a little water), finally add the yeast, pour it into the mold greased with margarine or oil and wheat. With that the oven is already there preheated. Bake for about 35 minutes or until you see it starting to brown, because carrot cake can't be browned too much so it doesn't get too dry. Syrup: 1 condensed milk, milk cream chocolate powder 50% or chocolate bar 200 Gr. Make a soft brigadeiro, started to thicken, turn off the fire. Once the cake is ready, pour the syrup on top.
