- Xylitol1/2 cup
- Almond flour1 cup
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Fresh cream1 cup
- Chocolate 70%300 g
- In the blender, beat the carrots with the eggs, the culinary sweetener, the almond flour and the coconut oil until obtaining a very smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Finally add the baking powder for cake and mix by hand.
- Grease a shape with a little coconut oil and pour the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes.
- Roof: In a pan, heat the fresh cream and add the chocolate. Mix well until smooth. Spread the frosting over the cake and serve.
