- Mix all ingredients in a blender very well except the flour and baking powder. Reserve
- In a bowl, place the wheat flour making a hole in the middle where you will place the blender mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Then you will finish putting the yeast mixing well and take it to the oven in a greased and enfariada shape for 40min at 180° (do the toothpick test)
- After 30 minutes of baking, make the chocolate ganache (I used 2 cream and 2 milk chocolate bars, melt in the microwave) and set aside.
- After the cake is done and unmolded, I put the gouache on top (I took advantage of the fact that I had some sprinkles here at home and put it on)
