  • Oil1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate3 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder1 tablespoon
  1. Add the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar to the blender. Beat well for about 2 minutes.
  2. After everything is well beaten, add the blender mixture to a bowl and gradually incorporate the wheat flour. Finally put the yeast and stir just enough to get homogeneous.
  3. Place to bake in a greased 25 cm shape. Bake in a medium oven (210-180 degrees) for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test to see if the cake is done.
  4. In a pan put the condensed milk, margarine, chocolate and powdered chocolate. Incorporate all the ingredients and then light the stove. Stir well until thickened.
  5. After the cake is ready, just unmold and cover with chocolate syrup.
