- Beat the carrots, sugar, eggs and oil in a blender.
- Place the flour in a bowl.
- Pour the blender mixture into the flour and beat very well with the help of a wooden spoon.
- Add the yeast and mix.
- Place in greased and floured shape and bake at medium temperature.
- Make a soft brigadeiro and pour over the cake when it is ready.
