  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Unsalted butter180 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Ripe Prata or Nanica bananas (topping)6 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Water (syrup)1 cup
  • Sugar (syrup)1 cup
  1. Syrup: Add the sugar to the pan over low heat, once melted, add the water and let it caramelize. Place in a mold and add the bananas.
  2. Pasta: In a mixer, beat the sugar with the butter and add the milk and eggs one by one, until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  3. In a bowl, sift the wheat and add the dough little by little, mixing well. Lastly add the yeast.
  4. Place the dough on top of the syrup with the bananas and bake for 40 minutes at 180°.
