  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • unsalted butter180 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Ripe Prata or Nanica Bananas (topping)6 unit(s)
  • Sugar (Slurry)1 cup
  • Water (Slurry)1/2 cup
  1. Syrup: Add the sugar to the pan over low heat, after melting, add the water and let it caramelize. Put the syrup in a shape and then add the bananas.
  2. Pasta: In a mixer, beat the sugar with the butter and add the eggs one by one, until you form a homogeneous mixture. Without beating, add the wheat, cornstarch and yeast, mixing slowly. Add the dough in the mold over the syrup and bananas. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Bake in a water bath for approximately 55 minutes.
