- Ripe Prata or Nanica bananas (topping)6 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Water (syrup)1 cup
- Sugar (syrup)1 cup
- Syrup: Add the sugar to the pan over low heat, once melted, add the water and let it caramelize. Place in a mold and add the bananas.
- Pasta: In a mixer, beat the sugar with the butter and add the milk and eggs one by one, until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- In a bowl, sift the wheat and add the dough little by little, mixing well. Lastly add the yeast.
- Place the dough on top of the syrup with the bananas and bake for 40 minutes at 180°.
