- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Milk Cream1 can(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Raisins30 g
- Candied Fruit40 g
- Chocolate Chips30 g
- Icing sugar to taste
- Put the butter and sugar in the mixer, beat until it becomes a whitish cream. Add the eggs, one by one, to the mixer and beat.
- Add the cream, mix with a spoon, add the sifted wheat flour and mix well. Put the fruits, raisins and chocolate likes. Mix well.
- Lastly put the baking powder, mix gently and place in a greased form, bake until golden. Wait for the cake to cool down before unmolding it. Then you can sift a little icing sugar.
