Ingredients

• Flour | 2 cup
• Sugar | 1 cup
• Milk | 1 cup
• Egg | 4 unit(s)
• Vegetable oil | 120 ml
• Yeast | 1 teaspoon
• Vanilla | 5 ml
• Apple | 2 unit(s)
• Half a lemon |  to taste
• Powdered sugar |  to taste

Recipe

1. Beat eggs with sugar and vegetable oil until white.
2. Add the milk, vanilla and flour with the yeast. Shake well.
3. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces, drizzle them with lemon juice so they don't brown.
4. Add apples to the resulting mixture.
5. Grease the mold and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture.
6. Bake for 40 minutes.
