Pegue uma panela de pressão coloque dentro papel manteiga, reserve.

Misture todos os ingredientes e mexa bem, coloque na panela de pressão.

Coloque no fogão com fogo baixo, depois que pegar pressão deixe por 15 minutos, desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar, tem que cortar o bolo antes de tirar da panela.
