- Butter Beans1 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Milk1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Green Smell30 g
- Olive Oil, Salt, Oregano and Black Pepper to taste
- Mozzarella80 g
- Cornmeal80 g
- Milk50 ml
- In a bowl put the cooked beans and use the mix to grind. Place a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil and brown the diced onion.
- Add the beans, milk, salt, oregano, green smell and black pepper. Mix well and gradually add the wheat flour. Always mix. The dough has to be the same as a coxinha. If needed, add more water or wheat flour.
- Let the dough cool, cut the mozzarella into cubes. Take a little of the dough and open it in the palm of your hand and put a cube of mozzarella and close the dough and make a ball.
- Pass the balls in the milk and then in the cornmeal, do this twice. Then fry the balls.
