- cherry tomato200 g
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic3 g
- Sliced ciabatta bread1 unit(s)
- Parmesan50 g
- Nuts to taste
- Place the tomatoes in a roasting pan, with the garlic, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and bake.
- While the tomatoes are roasting, prepare the Pesto, blend the basil, parmesan oil and walnuts in a blender until it forms a paste.
- Remove the tomatoes from the oven, place on a platter and place the Burrata on top, finish with the Pesto and serve with the ciabatta bread.
