Sliced ciabatta bread
Place the tomatoes in a roasting pan, with the garlic, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and bake.
While the tomatoes are roasting, prepare the Pesto, blend the basil, parmesan oil and walnuts in a blender until it forms a paste.
Remove the tomatoes from the oven, place on a platter and place the Burrata on top, finish with the Pesto and serve with the ciabatta bread.
