  • Yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Burrata1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • cherry tomato1 can(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Black pepper1 teaspoon
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Wash basil and select the best leaves
  3. Make a dough with the wheat flour, yogurt, yeast, egg and salt. Hit with a fouet.
  4. Make a thick cream with the burrata by beating it with half a can of cream, salt, olive oil and pepper.
  5. Heat a frying pan with a spoon of butter and a drizzle of oil.
  6. Test a dough with a small spoonful, turn it over and taste the flavor and salt
  7. The blini dough should be like an American pancake, dense and fluffy when preparing it in the pan.
  8. Ready pasta, spread a spoonful of burrata cream on each one
  9. Place two strips of cherry tomatoes per blini and the basils
  10. Transfer them to a beautiful platter, finish with a drizzle of olive oil and black pepper.
  11. Blinis are a hit at cocktail parties and small receptions!
