- Olive oil to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)

- Mozzarella200 g
- White Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste

- Rosemary to taste
- Cut the bread into thick slices
- Apply oil and seal the buns in the skillet. While still hot, rub a clove of garlic on the buns and set aside.
- clean the mushrooms and soak in water, 1/2 the broth of 1 lemon and 1 pinch of salt - for 15 min.
- In a frying pan, fry the garlic with oil and when it is golden add the mushroom. Stir until smooth and set aside. (Filling 1)
- Finely chop the tomato, add the basil, olive oil, salt, oregano, pepper, rosemary and set aside. (Filling 2)
