  • Fresh Champignon200 g
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Basil3 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • White Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • salt to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  1. Cut the bread into thick slices
  2. Apply oil and seal the buns in the skillet. While still hot, rub a clove of garlic on the buns and set aside.
  3. clean the mushrooms and soak in water, 1/2 the broth of 1 lemon and 1 pinch of salt - for 15 min.
  4. In a frying pan, fry the garlic with oil and when it is golden add the mushroom. Stir until smooth and set aside. (Filling 1)
  5. Finely chop the tomato, add the basil, olive oil, salt, oregano, pepper, rosemary and set aside. (Filling 2)
  6. Cover the breads with Mozzarella, and put the mushroom or tomato filling!
  7. Place in the oven for the cheese to melt.
