Chopped chocolate100 g
Butter3 tablespoon
Eggs2 unit(s)
Sugar5 tablespoon
Boiled and mashed sweet potato1 cup
Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
Peanut butter (optional)4 tablespoon
Baking powder1 teaspoon

Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave. reserve.
In a food processor or blender, blend the rest of the ingredients.
Add the melted chocolate and baking powder and beat until combined.
Line a mold (20cm) with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Spread the dough, sprinkle chopped chocolate on top (optional).
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20/25 minutes.
