Slice of bread of your choice1 unit(s)
Peeled small garlic clove1 unit(s)
Sliced Brie Cheese to taste
Honey to taste
Fresh rosemary to taste
Cream cheese to taste

Place the slice of bread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 3 minutes.
Take the bread out of the oven and rub the garlic all over it. Return to the oven and cook for another 2 minutes or until well browned.
Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bread, place the brie slices on top, drizzle with honey and finish with rosemary. Serve immediately.
