Cut the bread crosswise (in very thin slices), brush with olive oil and bake at 230 degrees (until it is crispy and golden on both sides).
Add a slice of brie cheese (approximately 0.5 cm high) on each slice of bread and return to the oven just to melt.
Remove from the oven and place a slice of parma on each slice of bread with brie, garnish with chives and serve.
