- Firm Tofu300 g
- Amaranth Flakes4 tablespoon
- Chia seed4 tablespoon
- Chicken egg1 g
- Seasonings to taste
- Cut the firm tofu into slices one finger thick
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and seasonings and set aside.
- In a second bowl, mix the amaranth flakes with the chia seed and set aside.
- For breading, dip the tofu strips in the beaten and seasoned egg and then in the mixture of amaranth flakes with the chia seed.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180° and serve hot.
