Corte as salsichas e a mozarela em cubos  de aproximadamente 2 dedos. 

Cut the sausages and mozzarella into cubes of approximately 2 fingers.

Para os espetos:
 Nos espetos de churrasquinho vai intercalando a salsicha e a mozarela. A montagem fica a seu critério pode ser 3 cubos de salsicha 3 cubos de mussarela

Para a massa:
Em uma tigela misture a farinha de trigo, açúcar, sal, os ovos, leite.
Misture até obter uma massa homogênea

Coloque a massa em um copo alto para que caiba o espeto.
Mergulhe o espeto na massa e em segui passe na farinha de rosca
