  • Fish leaves from the vegetable garden20 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour200 g
  • Corn starch100 g
  • Pilsen beer300 ml
  • Seaweed powder (optional)1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, starch, seaweed powder and salt and pepper. Mix well and then add the beer and olive oil. Stir with a whisk or fork until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Dip the leaves in this mixture and fry over high heat.
