- Wheat flour200 g
- Corn starch100 g
- Pilsen beer300 ml
- Seaweed powder (optional)1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, starch, seaweed powder and salt and pepper. Mix well and then add the beer and olive oil. Stir with a whisk or fork until the mixture is smooth.
- Dip the leaves in this mixture and fry over high heat.
