- Egg2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese slices2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Preheat your Airfryer to 200 degrees for about 5 minutes
- Cut the French bread in half without separating the two halves
- Sink or remove the crumb without making a hole in the bread as this is where the eggs will be placed
- Place an egg in each half being careful not to fall out.
- Season with a little salt
- Place the slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the eggs.
- Very carefully place the bread inside the Airfryer
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is crispy and golden brown.
- Tip: To check if the eggs are well baked, press them with a fork and if they are raw, leave them in the Airfryer for a few more minutes đ
