- warm milk2 cup

- Start by dissolving the yeast in the milk. Then put the flour. In a bowl, make a well in the center and place the milk, oil and salt. Mix the liquid ingredients with the flour, mixing from the center outwards in a circular motion.
- When the dough is heavy Knead on a floured surface until smooth and compact.
- Shape into a loaf of bread and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Then divide the dough into two or three parts and open each one with a rolling pin.
