- Tomato Extract340 g
- Cottage cheese250 g
- Ham400 g
- Mozzarella Cheese400 g
- Oregano2 tablespoon
- Grease the removable form with butter.
- Distribute the loaves (standing) around the form.
- Distribute more loaves (now "lying") lining the bottom of the form.
- Make a layer with part of the tomato paste, a layer with curd, a layer with ham and another with mozzarella.
- Repeat the process until the top layer is Mozzarella.
- add oregano
- Place curd on the edges, and fold the remaining bread around the edges.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Unmold and serve.
