- warm water1 cup

- oil3 tablespoon
- whole milk1 cup
- fresh yeast2 unit(s)
- salt1 teaspoon
- wheat flour3 cup
- margarine (enough) to grease the mold to taste
- wheat flour (enough) for sprinkling. to taste
- chopped ham200 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese200 g
- chopped tomatoes2 unit(s)
- olive oil2 tablespoon
- oregano1 dessert spoon
- Pasta:
- Quickly beat the water, egg, oil, milk, yeast and salt in a blender. Done that, pour the mixture into a container and gradually add the wheat flour, mixing everything until the dough comes off the hands. Set aside to rest until doubled in volume.
- Filling:
- Mix all ingredients in a container.
- ASSEMBLY:
- Open the dough with the help of a kitchen roll, distribute the filling on top and shape the bread into the shape of your preference, about 15 cm long.
- Set aside to rest for another 10 minutes
- To finish, place the bread in a greased baking dish sprinkled with wheat flour and bake it in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180ºC) for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden.
