- Margarine1 tablespoon

- Glass of water1/2 unit(s)
- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Pinch of Black Pepper1 to taste

- Tomato Extract1 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Cumin1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- White sauce: Sauté half of the onion, garlic in margarine, then add the milk. Mix 4 tablespoons of cornstarch in half a glass of water (this American one), and pour it into the pan, add nutmeg, a pinch of black pepper, salt. After the sauce thickens, turn off the heat and mix 2 cans of cream.
- Red sauce Season the ground beef with black pepper, cumin and salt to taste. Then sauté the garlic, onion, peppers, chives and coriander. Then add the meat, let it sauté, then add the tomato paste.
- Now let's assemble the lasagna, on a platter add a ladle of: 1 . red sauce layer 2. Layer of lasagna noodles 3 .White sauce layer 4.Ham 5. Mozzarella cheese Repeat until the last layer of cheese on top is finished. And bake until the cheese melts.
