  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Oil250 ml
  • Milk200 ml
  • Egg2 to taste
  • grated cheese to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Canned sardines4 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato to taste
  • Chopped Onion to taste
  1. Place the egg, milk, salt, oil and the grated cheese in the blender and beat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the flour little by little, if it gets too hard add more milk.
  3. Grease a shape and put half the dough
  4. In a pan, place the canned sardines, tomato and onion, bring to the fire and leave until the onion and tomato wither.
  5. Then put the stuffing in the dough, and cover with the rest of the leftover dough.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
