- Wheat flour500 g
- Oil250 ml
- Milk200 ml
- Egg2 to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Canned sardines4 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Place the egg, milk, salt, oil and the grated cheese in the blender and beat for 3 minutes.
- Add the flour little by little, if it gets too hard add more milk.
- Grease a shape and put half the dough
- In a pan, place the canned sardines, tomato and onion, bring to the fire and leave until the onion and tomato wither.
- Then put the stuffing in the dough, and cover with the rest of the leftover dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
