- Wheat flour500 g
- Oil50 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Slightly warm milk1 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Mozzarella cheese500 g
- Ham500 g
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Oregano and tomato slices to taste
- In the blender place: Milk, egg, sugar, salt, yeast and oil. Whisk to mix well.
- Place the wheat in a bowl and then add the blender mixture. Mix well and transfer to a surface greased with wheat to knead the dough for about 5 minutes. After this process, let the dough rest for approximately 20 minutes.
- Cut the dough into two pieces and fill one at a time. Open the dough with a rolling pin, then brush the tomato sauce, distribute the cheese and ham, place the oregano and tomato slices.
- Gently roll the dough into a rocombole. Cut the size you prefer, brush a yolk, put oregano and transfer to a greased shape with oil and wheat, let it rest for another 10 min and take it to the preheated medium oven until golden.
