Blender petit gateau

No liquidificador, bata os ovos caipiras, as gemas e o açúcar mascavo.
 Coloque a manteiga aos poucos e, por último, as farinhas. Despeje o conteúdo do liquidificador em uma vasilha, coloque o chocolate derretido e misture até ficar homogêneo.

Distribua em forminhas untadas e esfarinhadas até quase na borda, leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por mais ou menos 10 minutos.

Espere esfriar para desenformar.



In a blender, beat the free-range eggs, yolks and brown sugar.
 Slowly add the butter and finally the flour. Pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, add the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.

Distribute in greased and floured forminhas until almost to the edge, take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.

Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
