- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Melted butter5 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the free-range eggs, yolks and brown sugar. Slowly add the butter and finally the flour. Pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, add the melted chocolate and mix until smooth. Distribute in greased and floured forminhas until almost to the edge, take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
