  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Pea1 can(s)
  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan50 g
  • Milk1 l
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Bacon broth1 unit(s)
  1. Blend the pepperoni with the Heavy cream in a food processor until everything is evenly ground.
  2. Mix the corn and peas with the pepperoni and set aside.
  3. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, bacon broth, grated cheese, salt and pepper with half the milk.
  4. Add a cup of flour and beat well.
  5. Add a little more milk and the rest of the flour little by little without stopping beating.
  6. Add the rest of the milk little by little until the dough is semi-liquid.
  7. Add the yeast and beat some more.
  8. In a baking dish greased with margarine and floured, pour half of the dough.
  9. Next, spread the pepperoni filling all over the pan.
  10. Cover with the rest of the dough and sprinkle with oregano.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 40 minutes.
  12. Enjoy!
  13. It can also be made with chicken, heart of palm, tuna, sardines, cheese and ham with tomato, ground meat or the filling of your choice.
