  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Parsley or Oregano to taste
  1. Place the eggs, the onion, the oil and the salt in the blender, beat until a homogeneous mixture sleeps.
  2. Place the wheat in a bowl pour the blender mixture on top
  3. In another container, put warm milk and yeast and mix throw it on top of the other ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough until it is homogeneous until it comes loose from the hands
  5. Put this dough to rest for 1 hour.
  6. Grease a mold with butter, make buns and place a little apart from each other, pass the yolk with the coffee over them and sprinkle oregano, let them rise inside the mold for another 20 minutes and bake in the oven until golden.
