- Pepper to taste
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Water200 ml
- Oil (for frying)500 ml
- In a container, add the crushed beans and add water little by little. Keep stirring until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add salt, pepper to taste and yeast.
- Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
- In a pan heat the oil. With a tablespoon, place the portions of the dough into the hot oil. Let it fry and remove!
