- Propolis Extract1 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- Wash, peel and cut the beets into cubes
- Place the beetroot, lemon juice, turmeric, propolis extract and water in the blender.
- Blend for 10 minutes, strain and pour into small cups.
- Place in the fridge for 40 minutes and then serve.
