- Fresh grated coconut1/4 cup
- Shredded beef jerky and already seasoned to your liking1/4 cup
- Coalho cheese in very small pieces3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pour the tapioca dough into a frying pan while it is still hot, add the grated coconut, charque and cheese, add a pinch of salt.
- let it bake on low heat until it starts to unglue from the bottom by itself, just fold it in half and it's ready.
